My Shrine to Connor Mays Kosach

In effort of not allowing my blog to go completely south, I decided that I would write about my nephew Connor Mays!  First off, Steve and Susie are AMAZING parents and when the kid starts to eat dirt, talk back and do silly things that he isn't suppose do, I know that he will have two parents that will set him straight.  That a) dirt isn't necessarily good for you, but it is in fact dinosaur poop b)talking back usually means that he is quick minded, but still needs to keep it at a level of respect and c) I know for a FACT that his daddy has done silly things too and if he wants some dirt, he can always come to his Teta!  :)

He was born on December 8, Sam and I drove down the next weekend to visit.  It was so much fun and Sam accused me of being a baby hog!  I fully admit that I am and I'm not backing down from that.

Then when I was "in between" I decided to go down and "help" Susie out for a couple of days in January.  That was a total blast because I was able to have a lot of one on one time with Susie who is the Wisdom Giver in my world.  It was so much fun seeing her interact with Connor and visa versa.  He definitely knows who is responsible for feeding him!  Nik and Erin were getting married in Reno that weekend so I was able to drive down with them from Berkeley.  It was a good trip down, and I'm glad I was able I could help cut the time by sitting in the back....until I got car sick!

Also the one monumental thing about my visit, Connor was learning how to smile, so every once in a while we would get the Kosach Smirk!

What can I say, I love this kid!  And for those that are going to ask the one question we (Sam and I) keep hearing, my answer is, when we feel like it!

Love Love Love to all.....
